What Information May Be Processed

Society World may process names, mobile numbers, flat details, vehicle details, visitor names, visitor photos, purpose of visit, approval records, entry-exit logs, maintenance data, worker records, salary data, staff contact information, and external attendant attendance history.

Why This Information Is Used

  • To verify visitors and support resident approval or rejection.
  • To manage society residents, staff, workers, and flat-level records.
  • To maintain maintenance ledgers, worker salary records, and operational reporting.
  • To provide security logs, audit trails, service continuity, and approved attendant attendance tracking.

Society Administrator Responsibility

Each society is responsible for the correctness, necessity, and internal handling of the data it enters. Society admins should manage access rights carefully and avoid collecting unnecessary private information. Society World is intended to avoid collection of Aadhaar, PAN, passport, voter ID, or similar government identifiers in visitor workflows.

Retention, Storage, and Review

Uploaded photos and operational records may be retained for audit, reporting, verification, and society security review. Retention policy should be aligned with your society's internal governance and applicable legal obligations. Data deletion requests may be sent to contact@rmsmeta.com and are processed within 90 days, subject to security, legal, and audit obligations.
